Kanye West has faced numerous controversies in recent years, leading to his alleged exclusion from various performance opportunities. However, one troubling part of his public image that has received less attention is the series of allegations from multiple women — including serious claims from former Yeezy assistant Lauren Pisciotta.
Kanye West’s former assistant has filed new legal documents accusing him of sexual assault and other serious misconduct.
Lauren Pisciotta, who initially sued Kanye West in 2024 for sending her disturbing messages and videos, has now expanded her lawsuit. In her updated complaint, she accuses him of a wide range of serious misconduct, including assault, sexual abuse, stalking, human trafficking, and holding her against her will.
Pisciotta claims that during a business trip to San Francisco—where they were launching Kanye’s new Donda school—he began making unwanted advances toward her at their hotel.
Pisciotta claims she rejected Kanye’s advances, but he forcibly kissed her and made explicit comments about her body. She says she tried to stop him again, but he persisted — and things escalated during a writing session for his new album in his hotel suite.
Kanye assaulted Pisciotta in her hotel room, pushing through the door and pushing her into her mouth. Pisciotta was shocked and fearful, but Ye eventually stopped, apologized, and left.
Pisciotta also claims that Kanye once offered her to someone as a “sexual gift” in exchange for sleeping with that person’s partner. She says he had a pattern of offering women to men for sex. In her earlier amended complaint filed in May, Pisciotta also accused Kanye of drugging her during a studio session co-hosted by Diddy, along with other allegations.
Efforts to reach Kanye for comment have so far gone unanswered.
Last year, Pisciotta sued Kanye for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, among other claims. In response, the Chicago rapper dismissed the allegations on social media, mocking them and threatening to file a countersuit.
According to TMZ, Pisciotta has expanded her allegations against Kanye West in new legal filings. The updated lawsuit now accuses him of sex trafficking, sexual assault, battery, stalking, false imprisonment, and more, with several detailed accounts of the alleged incidents. It’s important to note that these are still allegations — none have been proven or ruled on in court.
